Can I use standard underlay with underfloor heating?
No, you should use a specialist low-tog underlay designed for underfloor heating. These allow heat to pass through efficiently into the room rather than acting as a thermal barrier.
How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?
We offer standard and express shipping options. Most orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the rolls and your delivery postcode.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full roll?
Yes, we provide sample packs for most of our product range. This allows you to feel the density and quality of the materials before making a final purchase.
What is your return policy for unused rolls?
We accept returns on full, unopened rolls within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure the packaging is intact. Once received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund minus any applicable restocking fees.
Is it necessary to replace underlay when fitting a new carpet?
We highly recommend it. Old underlay often loses its elasticity and can harbor dust and allergens. New underlay ensures your new carpet looks better, lasts longer, and maintains its warranty.
